As the Founder and Managing Director at Grid Projects Co, Michael focuses on deal origination and development for data centers throughout the country.
A native of Colorado, Michael graduated from the University of Colorado with a dual degree in Economics and Business Management, and after graduating, began his career working in business development and partnerships for Oracle andGlaxoSmithKline.
Michael turned his focus to the energy and the data center industry in 2017, joining NextGrid as part of the Project Origination and Development Team. In partnership with NextGrid, Michael assisted in the development of projects in multiple states nationwide. Outside of leading Grid Projects, Michael is an avid skier and mountain biker finishing the Leadville 100 MTB three times and is heavily involved with The Brass Ring Foundation supporting Type 1 Diabetes.
Jason Started his career in New York within banking & capital markets for PricewaterhouseCoopers where he earned his CPA.
A Colorado native, Jason moved back to Denver Colorado in 2014 to join the family business where he performed financial modeling, identified and evaluated investment opportunities, and assisted in obtaining entitlements. Jason has been the project lead for real estate development deals totaling $249 million across senior living, multi-family & retail and data center asset classes.
In 2015 Jason founded Supportive Living Program of Colorado, a residential provider of services for those that have experienced a brain injury. Today SLP Colorado serves 24 people in the Denver Metro area with aspirations to serve more.
In 2018 founded Summit Capital Venture Group and began pursuing deals as the lead sponsor across healthcare, energy, and real estate asset classes.
